Deposit & Balance:

- To reserve a spot, a $500 deposit per person is required.

- The balance is due 15 days prior to your trip start date.

Cancellations:

- If you cancel for any reason with more than 45 days notice, all your deposit/s are fully refundable.

- If you cancel, for any reason, within 45 - 15 days notice your $500 deposit per person is non-refundable. Any deposits made for Extras will be refunded.

- If you cancel with 14 or less days notice your full payment is non-refundable. However, we do understand that circumstances outside of your control can prevent you from traveling - illness, work emergencies, accident, family issues, flight cancellations etc. In these cases, we will refund 50% of your retreat stay, with proof of your extenuating circumstance.

* Please understand that if you can’t make it, for whatever reason, with a month or less notice it is difficult for us to fill your space. So even though we keep part of your payment to cover sunk costs, we lose the balance that you would have paid when your space sits empty, so we share the loss with you. The payment that we keep is also used to pay a cancellation fee to our local suppliers to whom we have committed to for your stay, as we don't want our local suppliers to be at a loss when a guest needs to cancel at the last minute and we don't have time to fill their spot.

- We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to enable you to get the remaining money reimbursed, when such circumstances outside of your control prevent you from traveling.

To make your arrival into Panama completely stress free, your arrival evening, Nov 19 is included in this retreat. We'll have you settled into a comfortable hotel room.

6 NIGHTS ACCOMODATION

Each of our comfortable rooms feature private bathroom with hot water shower, AC, fan, safe, cable TV, fridge, wardrobe, memory foam mattresses, plush pillows, garden view patio with sun deck & table.

5 SURF LESSONS

Progressive coaching with the Surf Sisters. Your board, leash, wax, long-sleeved rash guard and shuttle transport to and from the beach (just 650m away) is included.

4 YOGA LESSONS

Daily restorative yoga to align your mind and body AND enhance your surf. Premium quality Manduka PRO Mats and equipment included.

MEALS

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, also including your arrival evening dinner and departure morning breakfast. All our meals are lovingly prepared by our local chefs using the freshest sources.

SNORKELING DAY TRIP

Adventure to UNESCO heritage listed Coiba National Park for a once-in-a-lifetime snorkeling and island hoping experience.

PANAMA CITY TRANSPORT

Group transport to and from Panama City to Santa Catalina. We will have you back in Panama City on your final retreat day around 3pm. We can return you to the airport or your hotel in Panama City.
